It’s different from the rest of Germany

Cuisine
A separate love of the Munich people is sausages. Here they can be found under a variety of names, but certainly with the root “wurst”. Various herbs and spices are added to the sausages, abundantly fertilized with mustard – which, by the way, is massively produced in northern Nuremberg – and served with a glass of good beer. Before the traditional Munich lunch, only two ingredients are missing: cold potato salad (these are potatoes boiled and soaked in vinegar), and sauerkraut.
The Alps
Mountains are magic. Many kilometers of boulders are mesmerizing with their beauty. Especially if it is something as significant to European culture as the Alps. A long chain of mountain ranges flanks the southern border of Bavaria. They can be clearly seen from the city, especially if the day is cloudless: dark giants with white tops stand on the horizon and seem to fence this area from the rest of the world.
