  • After completing the exercise, return all shells and weights to their place.

Group training

Here, too, there is an opportunity to take a starting training, the instructor will acquaint you with the features of the chosen direction and give advice on other suitable ones. If you come to the group, warn the coach that you are here for the first time, and place yourself in the foreground: it will be easier for him to tell you something.
