Samsung has launched the Odyssey Ark 55-inch curved 4K gaming monitor. The monitor can take a vertical position, it is equipped with remote control and a hub for connecting devices, a neuro processor for image enhancement, built-in 2.2.2 format acoustics and supports the function of several displays in one. Ergonomics
The large screen covers the primary and peripheral field of view thanks to the 1000R curvature. The screen can be rotated, tilted, and rotated using the HAS (Adjustable Height Stand). The Neural Quantum Processor Ultra chip uses data generated by twenty neural networks to improve the picture. It is responsible for upscaling content of any resolution up to 4K.
Sound output
Four built-in speakers (one in each corner) and two center subwoofers deliver up to 60W of sound. Dolby Atmos surround sound is supported. Bass is reproduced up to 45 Hz.
Additional devices
The Ark Dial remote control is solar-powered or USB-C charged. The controller’s large buttons and desktop orientation allow for quick control of the most requested settings. The set also includes remote control of the traditional format.
Program modes
Odyssey Ark can also be used without a connected computer or console. It integrates the Samsung Gaming Hub, a one-stop gaming streaming platform that includes games from streaming services such as Xbox, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, Google Stadia, and Amazon Luna.
Game Bar is a tool that allows gamers to view their game status and manage settings without leaving the game screen. It supports FPS monitoring, enables HDR, variable refresh rate, and game mode, and adjusts screen aspect ratio and response time.
